Rainbow Foods will offer its double coupon special on Halloween.
Rainbow Foods will be offering its final double coupon promotion on Halloween.
The promotion doubles the value of coupons and is part of a two-day special that ran on Oct. 24 and will run again on Halloween.
Shoppers must spend up to $25 and can only use five coupons of the same product. Shoppers are also limited to one transaction during the day.
Rainbow is open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.
