The following people were arrested according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office:

Feb. 25

• Francisco Santillo Garcia, 28, of Oakdale, arrested on DWI and traffic charges.
• Joel Stephen Hafner, 63, of Maplewood, arrested at I-694 at 10th Street on DWI charges. 

Feb. 26

• Kasandra Jo Rhodes, 19, of Stillwater, arrested at Highway 5 near Imation on giving a false name to police.

Feb. 28

• Brian Gene Montgomery, 52, of Oakdale, arrested on first-degree criminal sexual conduct.

March 2

• Daniel William Peters, 24, of Oakdale, arrested on two counts of first-degree burglary, second-degree burglary and third-degree burglary. 

March 3

• Wang Vang, 31, of Oakdale, arrested on a DWI charge. 

Charges listed should be considered pending, and will not necessarily match official charges from the courts. It is possible those listed will not be officially charged. Listed are residents of Oakdale who were arrested in Washington County, and anyone who was arrested in Oakdale regardless of city of residence. Those listed are considered innocent until proven guilty.
