Oakdale City Council member Lori Pulkrabek said she had no involvement in an alleged Memorial Day incident that landed her husband, Bill Pulkrabek, in jail.
“Bill and I aren’t together any longer,” she said. “We have been separated for six months.”
Lori and Bill Pulkrabek met in college, and their 13th anniversary was last September, she said.
Bill Pulkrabek is denying the allegations that he choked his girlfriend and dragged her by her hair, his lawyer has told the Pioneer Press and Star Tribune.
The Ramsey County Attorney’s Office, which is handling the case, has not yet made a determination whether to formally charge Bill Pulkrabek with a crime.
