An Oakdale man was found guilty of third degree burglary.

According to the criminal complaint:
The Oakdale Police Department received several reports of vehicle break-ins in an underground garage at Cedric's Landing Apartments on March 29, April 4 and April 6.
Nine different vehicles were damaged. Vehicle owners reported more than $4,000 worth of personal property stolen, including golf clubs, a flat screen TV, a computer monitor, clothing and CDs. The damage to the vehicle was more than $2,000.
Investigators reviewed the video surveillance from the three dates. One of the investigators — who has had previous contact with the defendent — identified Cox entering the underground garage empty-handed and leaving the facility with a bag full of items.
