It used to be a liquor store, but now it sits vacant.

The space is 2,918 square feet and is between TLC Vet and Quizno's Sub. The space has been vacant for about a year, said Tammy Medina of Town Lake Real Estate, Inc.

The building includes two bathrooms and ceiling lights.

Medina noted the area has started to see more activity in recent months.

Should another liquor store come to town or would the community benefit from a new type of business in this location?

There's a liquor store 50 ft away in the same site, so I don't think a liquor store is possible. I think they should have a good chinese restaurant there.

We need a good, authentic mexican restaurant. I still miss Plaza Garibaldi.

I miss Plaza Garibaldi too. Wish they never would have closed. Suggestions would be maybe a Chipotle? Or how about D Spot Wings move over to this location? Panera would be good too.

I would LOVE to see a Pizza Hut, Dominos or Zantigos. We can't get those pizza places delivered around here and Zantigos is the BEST!!!!

A Panera would probably put Espresso Donut out of business, so that's no good. I like the idea of Chipotle though!
An a different note, how about a Clean and Press?

I Like the idea of authentic Mexican or pizza also. Miss Plaza Girabaldi too and tired of little option for pizza delivery in Oakdale.

Maybe a play it again sports, or a natural food market, vitamin shop, or a food joint of some sort.
