Oakdale Optical Center moved its facility one door down from its old space at 7013 10th Street. Now what should fill this vacancy?
The space is 1,200 square feet and is leased by the Inland Real Estate Corporation.
Other occupants in the building include Papa Murphy's Pizza, Oakdale Optical Center and the new Caribou Coffee that is slated to open at the end of October.

I would absolutely support a Chipotle!!!
That said, an alternative would be a Bagel store, like Einstien's or Brugger's. Caribou and Brugger's share a space over in Woodbury, so they could do it in Oakdale, too. Given it's proximity to tartan High, and that it's on a major intersection, I imagine traffic would be high.
