The same building that houses Lake Elmo Bank at 600 Inwood Avenue isn't full quite yet. So what businesses should fill this building?

It's a multi-tenant building, which includes the bank, law firm, accounting firm, hospitality management, insurance and chiropractor.

Office suites that are availale range from 650 to 3,000 square feet. There is easy access from 94 and Inwood Avenue.

Amenities include: underground parking with self-service car wash, locker/shower room and a building conference room.

I agree! We definitely need a Starbucks in town (besides the Target Starbucks).

Spatula City, where all your spatula shopping can be completed under one roof.

Are we trying to help the building owner? I'm all for community input to help a building owner succeed with any commercial property. I've done business in this building over the years it's been open and expect diversification of services is unlikely in it's spaces; that is, unless, ground floor space could accomodate something like a Starbuck's with drive up window.

The "Visions for Vacancies" column is just meant to spur community conversation about what kind of businesses residents would like to see fill up the vacancies in town. Thanks for your input Jay.
