Yoga will be held at the Lake Elmo Park Reserve’s Nordic Center this fall, from 6-7 p.m. Thursdays through Dec. 5. (No class on Oct. 31 or Nov. 28.)
It’s a continuation of the outdoor yoga series and is best suited for intermediate to advanced beginners. Participants are asked to arrive 10 minutes early and bring a yoga mat; a limited number of mats are available for use if needed.
Each class costs $5 per person (with a valid vehicle permit $5/day or $25/annual). Pre-register and pay for classes in advance (in-person or by telephone between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. at the Lake Elmo Park Reserve Contact Station 651-430-8370). Payment will not be accepted at class.
