Martial Arts Fitness is different from any other fitness training program. Focusing on specific techniques that aid in body efficiency in movement, stability, strength and endurance, this class is designed to produce results!
You will develop skills in basic kickboxing, traditional strength training and work with equipment such as ropes, dumbbells, kettlebells and bands, in addition to using your body weight. Finally, M.A.F. is a class in which your individual needs will be met through an initial evaluation, continuous coaching, support and encouragement.
