Why Go: Let the eclectic roots music of The Coat Tales help take your mind off the heat.

When: Saturday, July 23 from 1 to 2 p.m.

Why Go: Take the whole family over to the outdoor amphitheater, where representatives from the Como Zoo will teach the audience about a variety of plants that have the power to heal the human body.

When: Saturday, July 23 from 2 to 10 p.m.
Where: 881 Jasmine Avenue Place N, Lake Elmo
Why Go: Summer is the time for outdoor festivals, so don’t miss this opportunity for lots of kids activities, food, laughs from Scott Hansen, and live music from the likes of Tim Mahoney, Uncle Chunk, and Mary Jane Alm.
Price: $35 for ages 13 years and older, $20 for kids 6-12 years, Free for kids 5 and under




When: Saturday, July 23 at 7:15 p.m.
Where: Lake Elmo Park Reserve (1515 Keats Avenue N, Lake Elmo)
Why Go: This Campfire program will feature the mysterious life of honeybees.
Price: The program is free with the purchase of a $5 vehicle permit.

Where: , Stillwater
Why Go: If you can only get to the Lumberjack Days celebration once, be sure to catch the grand finale featuring the largest musically choreographed fireworks display north of Chicago.
