Oakdale's weekend entertainment guide to the theater, yard games and fall farm fun.

Thursday, the one day Oakdale Patch loves telling you what to do.




When: Friday, Oct. 14 at 7 p.m.
Where:
Why Go: Support the local boys as they kick off against Richfield.
Price: Adults $6, Students $4


   

When: Friday, Oct. 14 & Saturday, Oct. 15 at 7:30 p.m.; and Sunday, Oct. 16 at 2 p.m.
Where: Century College (3300 Century Avenue N, White Bear Lake)
Why Go: Century College Theater presents The Diviners, a drama regarding the relationship between a disturbed young man and a disenchanted preacher during the 1930s.
Price: Tickets will be available one hour prior to each show. Adults $8, Century Students Free with Century ID, Patrons 17 and under are Free. Patrons 55 and older and Century staff $5.




When: Saturday, Oct. 15 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Where:
Why Go: Lake Elmo Bank and Little Elmo Savers Club will be hosting a Family Fun Day featuring a pumpkin patch, petting zoo, corn maze, face painting, hay rides and more at the Axdahl's Garden Farm.

When: Saturday, Oct. 15 at 11:55 a.m.
Where:
Why Go: The Metropolitan Opera's 6th season of The Met: Live in HD will return to select Marcus Theatres throughout the nation starting with Anna Bolena.
Price: $24 for adults, $22 for seniors and $18 per child




When: Saturday, Oct. 15 from 1 to 4 p.m.
Where:
Why Go: Head over to the Discovery Center for a free afternoon of outdoor fun, including bean bags, ladder golf, washer toss, koob, disc golf, tandem bikes and Nordic Ski Poles.
