List of 2012 Oakdale Night to Unite, National Night Out Block Parties

Tonight neighborhoods across the nation are celebrating community partnerships and crime prevention by hosting block parties in honor of Night to Unite and National Night Out.

Fifteen neighborhoods have signed up to host a block party in Oakdale. 

Here is a list of block parties registered with the Oakdale Police Department:

1. 4831 Helena Lane N., begins at 7 p.m.
2. 6172 54th St., begins at 6 p.m.
3. 4994 Hamlet Ave., begins at 6 p.m.
4. 7205 41st St., begins at 6:30 p.m.

6. 7538 Fifth St. at Oak Run Shores, begins at 6:30 p.m.
7. 6605 Third St. N., begins at 7:30 p.m.
8. 6524 Upper 23rd St., begins at 7 p.m., held in parking lot
9. 6568 15th St. Circle, begins at 7:30 p.m.
10. 591 Gutherie Ave., begins at 7 p.m.
11. Briar Pond Apartments, begins at 5 p.m.
12. 2844 Hilo Ave., begins at 8 p.m.

Events scheduled for a later date include:

1. Twenty-Nine Pines on Aug. 8
2. Granada Lakes on Aug. 16
