What should fill the vacancy at 5695 Geneva Avenue?
It once was a flower shop, but now it sits vacant.
The vacancy is at 5695 Geneva Avenue in the Lake Place Shopping Center. The shopping center was constructed in the mid-80's and is currently occupied by insurance agents, a barber shop and a gas station. It's near the intersection of I-694 and Century Avenue.
The flower shop left the building about a year ago. The vacant space is 1,190 square feet and has a walk-in cooler that can remain in the facility or be removed for the next occupant, said Steve Ludovissie, the leasing agent with Quest Development Inc.

"We're anxious to find an occupant," Ludovissie said.
The space also has a sink and restroom and the next occupant could work with the building owner to buildout more of the space.
