Director Lowell Johnson was recognized for his leadership.

Washington County Public Health and Environment Director Lowell Johnson was one of six individuals statewide to receive a 2013 Community Health Award.

The awards were presented by the Minnesota Department of Public Health during the annual Community Health Conference in Brainerd Sept. 25.
