Talent Show, Exhibitor Info: Washington County Fair Update

Amateur Talent Shows

All amateur entertainers are invited to audition for the Washington County Fair’s Amateur Talent Shows.

There is no fee or pre-registration required to audition.

Auditions will be held at the Washington County Fairgrounds in the Park Pavilion:

  • 7-8:30 p.m. Thursday, July 11
  • 9-10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 13

There are three divisions of competition:

  • Pre-Teen Division (contestants 12 years of age and younger)
  • Teen Division (contestants 13 - 18 years of age)
  • Open Division (open to contestants of all ages)

Finalists from the auditions will perform at the Washington County Fair July 31 through Aug. 4.

Exhibits

The Washington County Fair invites residents to exhibit their hobbies: photography, crafts, needlework, gardening, etc.

Exhibits will be part of a friendly “Fair” competition July 31 through Aug. 4.

Exhibits will be accepted from 4-9 p.m. Monday, July 29, or 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 30.

Booths

Planners estimate 54,000 peoples will attend this year’s Washington County Fair.

There are indoor and outdoor spots available for vendor booths. Businesses can demonstrate products or just feature information.

“We look for unique and new commercial vendors and food vendors to attend the fair,” according to a release.
