Minnesota Walk Now for Autism Speaks
Minnesota Walk Now for Autism Speaks is hosting at Pump It Up locations across the Twin Cities, including Oakdale.
The event takes place from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at in Oakdale. Kids get a free jump party while you register for the walk and pick up your information and get to know your local Autism Speaks volunteers.
All Day Read-a-Thon
The Washington County Library in Oakdale is hosting a from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Local residents read passages from their favorite books. Young and old are invited to attend.

Location-Based Games Session
The is hosting a on location-based games from 10 a.m. to noon. The session will go over games used on GPS-enabled smartphones, including Four Square, Whereigo, Munzee and Geocaching.
The session costs $5.
