Oakdale Business Will Undergo Significant Upgrades

Tom Griffith Sod got approval from the Oakdale City Council to make vast upgrades to its site.

An Oakdale business located along Hadley Avenue will be moving ahead on upgrading its site.

At its most recent city council meeting, the Oakdale City Council approved a new site plan for Tom Griffith Sod, located at 3022 Hadley Avenue, just north of the railroad tracks.

The sod company will make significant upgrades to its site by constructing a 5,373 square-foot building that will include a shop with vehicle bays and a small office area. In addition, the project will include upgraded landscaping facing Hadley Avenue and a fence to screen the businesses operations from the street. The existing garage will be removed.
