Visions for Vacancies: It Was Once a Church. Now What?

What organization do you think would work well in the vacant space?

A 2,348 square foot suite in the Crossroads of Oakdale was previously occupied by Apostle Baptist Church. Now, the space sits empty.

The building, built in 1999, is located at the interchange of Interstates 94, 694 and 494. The suite, according to Crossroads Properties Leasing Specialist Mike Conners, is perfect for another religious organization.

"It's complete with a crying room and worship space," Conners said. "We'd love to see another church group take the space."
