Visions for Vacancies: What Businesses Should Move to Hadley Avenue?

Two spaces are vacant in the All Family Dental building. What businesses do you think should move in?

At the intersection of Hadley Avenue and 10th Street, two street-level spaces are vacant and available for lease. James Edburg, vice president of sales and leasing for Crossroad Properties, said that the spaces would be great for a medical service company, although a service-oriented retail store could work, too.

“Service-style businesses would work the best,” Edburg said, mentioning that Tartan Crossings could bring more customers to the location. “A chiropractic clinic would be great.”

All Family Dental shares the building with Greg Foote Jewelers, Transition to Health, East Metro Insurance Agency and Custom & Couture Sewing.

One space is 1,505 square feet and the other is 2,300 square feet. Edburg said the building is roughly 15 years old.
