Leasing agent Jodi Walfoort of Suntide Commercial Realty said the space formerly housed a Curves gym for women, and is set up well for another fitness-oriented business to move in. Sounds like restaurants are the theme, here and on Facebook (http://on.fb.me/HDClMb), although the proximity to Tartan would make it a good spot for a teen center, too.

Chipolte. PLEASE! We need that in Oakdale!! For good Chinese - HUNAN GARDEN off 10th and Hadley is delicious. The woman who runs it does an amazing job. She is so hardworking, adores her customers and the prices are very reasonable. Try it!

I would caution you not to get your hopes up for any type of establishment that people in Oakdale would actually enjoy patronizing, because the Met council will determine that its impact will require tens of thousands of dollars in approval fees.
