Leasing agent Jodi Walfoort of Suntide Commercial Realty said the space formerly housed a Curves gym for women, and is set up well for another fitness-oriented business to move in. There's parking on two sides of the building, with enough capacity for a business that offers classes, she said, such as a yoga or Pilates studio.
