We are a growing family owned and operated company located in Oakdale MN. We are an innovative fabrication and design company using the latest technology to create unique products. A large part of our business is the use of titanium and precious metals. We also use a wide range of materials: wood, meteorite, dinosaur bone and antler.

We currently have an opening for a finisher/assembler. This is a great opportunity to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be self motivated, hard working and detail oriented. We are also looking for individuals the poses a passion for creativity and an artistic aptitude. They will have to be a good team player as this person will work closely with other employees to ensure all phases of production and goals are met. Candidates will also need to be able to learn other areas of our business to assist where needed. This is a fast paced demanding position that is also rewarding to hard working individuals.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Metal polishing.
• Product coating.
• Material finishing.
• Product assembly
• General housekeeping.

Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment
• Prioritize effectively, and possess a strong attention to detail.
• Work independently and as a team.
• Able to analyze processes and implement innovative ideas to increase efficiency. 
• Adapt to the ever-changing requirements of a growing business.
• Drug and background check required.
• Some tools are required.
