Paul Reinke, Oakdale City Councilman, Heads New Real Estate Development Firm

Paul Reinke, a successful Twin Cities real estate executive with a 30-year history of creating award winning commercial real estate developments, and a third-term Oakdale City Councilperson, has announced the formation of Silver Oak Development, Inc. Headquartered in Oakdale, the new firm is targeting the commercial, retail and multifamily sectors of the region's real estate market, with a concentration on projects in the Twin Cities and select areas of the Dakotas. Reinke's recent development experience includes managing the development of major luxury apartment projects in Rochester, MN and Bismarck, ND for Investors Real Estate Trust (IRET), Minot, ND, and the $32 million 5000 France Condominium mixed-use housing and retail complex in Edina, MN for Haugland Company.

Projects already underway include a new four-story medical office building and parking ramp in Edina, MN, and a 50-bed adolescent behavioral health hospital in Brooklyn Park, MN, which Silver Oak is developing for IRET Properties and PrairieCare Hospitals & Clinics.

"Silver Oak's focus will be on the things we do best," said Reinke, "specifically comprehensive owner and investor representation and a full range of development management services." The firm will also offer limited commercial brokerage and leasing services, as well as commercial property management.
