Craft Fair and Pet Adoption Event This Weekend
Five things you should know today, Friday, March 30
1. It’ll be mostly cloudy today with a high near 58, according to the National Weather Service forecast.
2. North High School holds its spring craft fair Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. About 75 crafters will be selling items, and proceeds benefit the class of 2012 senior party.
3. Starting Monday, you can drop off prescription and over-the-counter drugs for disposal in the main lobby of the Washington County Law Enforcement Center at 15015 62nd St. in Stillwater. The box will be available from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

4. and school are collecting unwanted tennis shoes through April 22 (Earth Day) in an effort to keep them out of landfills. Shoes can also be dropped off at in Oakdale.
5. Oakdale-based Coco’s Heart Dog Rescue is having an adoption event from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Pet Evolution in Woodbury, located at 2230 Eagle Creek Lane, Suite E.
