Five Things You Should Know Today: Another Sunny Day, Final Farmers Market

Five things you should know on Wednesday, Oct. 5.

1. The weather will be sunny today with a high near 85, according to the National Weather Service forecast.

2. Oakdale’s final farmers market of the season takes place today from 3 to 7 p.m. in the Oakdale City Hall parking lot.

3. Volunteers are being sought to help battle buckthorn in the Oakdale Nature Preserve from 8 a.m. to noon this coming Saturday. Lunch will be served afterwards. Call 651-501-5302 to volunteer.
