There’s a 50/50 chance of rain or drizzle today, with a high near 63, according to the National Weather Service forecast.
Summerfest starts today! The carnival rides and Bingo tent open at 5 p.m. and then the Ted Bearth Grande Parade begins at 6:30 p.m., traveling east on 15th Street from Geneva Avenue to Hadley Avenue. Grand Marshals this year are members of the Minnesota Paralyzed Veterans. Click here for a full schedule of Summerfest events.
