LIST: New Year's Eve Events in and Around Oakdale

Here are a few family and adult-only events going on around Oakdale to celebrate the new year. Did we miss something? Add it in the comments!

  • New Year’s Eve Party: Celebrate the new year while jumping up and down at Pump it Up’s New Year’s Eve party. There are sessions from 1:30 to 4 p.m. and from 4:30 to 7 p.m. on Dec. 31, and the cost is $8 per person if preregistered, or $10 at the door. Pizza and treats are included.   • Holiday Lights in the Park: A music and light display that has already drawn more than 40,000 visitors since Nov. 22 will be up through New Year’s Day in Phalen Park. The cost is $8 to $10 per vehicle, and the money raised goes to Twin Cities charities. For more information visit www.lightsinthepark.org.
  • Saints North New Year’s Eve Family Party: Saints North Inline and Roller Skating Center in North St. Paul is holding a party for families from 8:30 to 11 p.m. (midnight in New York City) on Dec. 31. The cost is $5 for kids 12 and under and $7 for adults. A party package for families of four that includes skate rental and food is also available. The night will include games, a drawing and, of course, lots of skating. See their website for more details.
  • New Year’s Eve Party at Bielenberg: The City of Woodbury is putting on a party for families that will include games, moonwalks, slides, an obstacle course, mini golf, ice skating and more from 6 to 9 p.m. on Dec. 31. The cost is $8 per person if registered by noon today (Friday). Call (651) 714-3583 to register.
  • Bar events: DeMori’s will offer prizes, specials and champagne on New Year’s Eve. Riley’s Pub will feature an open bar from 9 to 11 p.m. with an appetizer buffet and a DJ.
