Nighttime Lane Closure Planned for Highway 36
The right lane will be closed during overnight hours, MnDOT announced Monday.
Starting at 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 7, overnight travelers on eastbound Highway 36 may encounter delays as the right lane closes between Interstate 694 and DeMontreville Trail North.
It will be closed every night this week, the Minnesota Department of Transportation announced Monday.
The lane will be closed so crews can conduct shoulder-removal work.

Also, the right lane on eastbound Highway 36 between I-694 and Hilton Trail will close during the day from 7 a.m. until noon Tuesday. This lane closure is necessary as crews set up barriers for the Viking Pond work.
All lanes will re-open by 6 a.m. daily through May 10.
