TuTu 2 Mile in District 622

The TuTu Two Mile Fun Run/Walk is a family friendly event in N. St. Paul that benefits victims of child abuse. Join us in a tutu on 9/20/14.

Wanna run in a tutu?

North High School’s CARE
(Creating Awareness, Respect, and Equality) invites community members to sign
up for the TuTu Two Mile Fun Run/Walk in
District 622
event on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at the North High School
Track. Participants can register online at www.MNchild.org/events.

The TuTu Two Mile in District 622 is a fun run/walk fundraiser for a
local non-profit organization called CHILD, Inc. CHILD Inc’s mission is to provide support for sexually abused
children and to promote public awareness and education on the issues of childhood
sexual abuse.

Registration for the event is
$25 for adults 18 and over, $10 for youths 17 and under. All participants will
receive a goodie bag with incentives and raffle tickets. The first 100
registrants will also receive a hand tie-dyed and screen printed t-shirt.

The fun run/walk begins at 2:22
pm, with check-in beginning at 1:30 pm. Participants are encouraged to make
their own tutus and compete for prizes in five categories: best pair of tutus,
biggest tutu, best male tutu, best female tutu, best child tutu.

Following the TuTu Two Mile,
participants are invited to stay for the silent auction and raffle benefit at North
High School. Participants can pick up their goodie bags,
pick up their tutu prizes, and enjoy refreshments while bidding on some great
items at the benefit.
