Two teenage suspects fled from an Oakdale resident's questioning and left behind a baggie filled with miscellaneous items.

An Oakdale resident confronted two teenage boys about their activities in the area when they ran off and left behind a baggie of miscellaneous items on Sunday.

The resident told Oakdale Police Officers that he was investigating car prowlers on the 2000 block of Upper 20th Street. The complainant said he saw two teenagers sitting inside of his parked car in his driveway.

When the man confronted the two boys the teenagers fled the scene and dropped a pink bag. The bag contained $34.99 of mostly coins, three cell phone chargers, one Samsung digital camera, a GPS unit, a marijuana pipe and marijuana bong, a 12-gauge buckshot round, one gas mask and a bottle of cologne.
