Child Endangerment, Burglary, Drugs: Jail Bookings

Jail bookings information from Aug. 13 to Aug. 19 provided by the Washington County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office:

Aug. 13

  • Va Her, 20, of St. Paul, arrested at the 3200 block of Hadley Avenue in Oakdale on drug and theft charges.
  • Scot Nathaniel Schlenner, 20, of Oakdale, arrested at the 4600 block of Hayward Road in Oakdale on disturbing the peace and domestic assault charges.

  • , 43, of Oakdale, arrested at the 5400 block of Helena Road in Oakdale on child neglect and child endangerment charges. 

Aug. 15

  • Lawrence Deangelo Winters, 21, of Maywood, Illinois, arrested at the intersection of Goupen Avenue and Upper 35th Street in Oakdale on crimes against public order charges.

  • Patricia Ursella Jambois, 62, of Oakdale, taken into custody from Washington County District Court on theft charges.
  • Jason Joseph Sinclair, 32, of Oakdale, arrested on domestic assault charges.

Aug. 19

  • Brian Cherron Hargrove, 25, of West St. Paul, arrested at the 6500 block of 15th Street in Oakdale on traffic charges.
  • Andrew Allen Hein, 28, of White Bear Lake, arrested at on first-degree burglary, third-degree burglary and fifth-degree drugs charges.

 

Charges listed should be considered pending, and will not necessarily match official charges from the courts. It is possible those listed will not be officially charged. Listed are residents of Oakdale who were arrested in Washington County, and anyone who was arrested in Oakdale regardless of city of residence. Those listed are considered innocent until proven guilty.
