When the employee showed up to work Tuesday morning, he noticed footprints and tire tracks in fresh snow. Then he saw that four batteries—each weighing about 350 pounds—were stolen.

  • Nathan Robert Reitzel, 30, of Hugo, charged with aiding and abetting financial transaction card fraud.
  • Matthew Michael Mills, 21, of Blaine, charged with theft.
  • Carl Darrelle Ford, 53, of Minneapolis, charged with check forgery.
  • Jerome Deshawn Misters, 28, of Newport, charged with aiding and abetting dangerous weapon and first-degree aggravated robbery.
  • Fuad Fayez Gieth, 21, of Blaine, charged with fifth-degree drug possession and DWI.
  • Lee James Thompson, 22, of Stillwater, charged with aiding and abetting a dangerous weapon, possessing a pistol without a permit and aiding and abetting the illegal transport of a firearm in a vehicle.
  • Craig Michael Cummings, 21, of Stillwater, charged with aiding and abetting a dangerous weapon and illegal transport of a firearm in a vehicle.
  • Robert John Krohn, 52, of Woodbury, charged with terroristic threats.
  • Robert Joseph Herigon, 26, of Benson, charged with fifth-degree drug possession.
  • Lisa Marie Piette, 44, of Cottage Grove, charged with possession of a burglary or theft tool and counterfeiting of currency.
  • Jeffrey Jay Rusthoven, 50, of Cottage Grove, charged with being a predatory offender who failed to mail his verification report and violating his registration requirements.
  • Dominic Donte Hewitt, 20, of St. Paul, charged with aiding and abetting second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon and aiding and abetting and attempt a first-degree aggravated robbery.
  • Steven Rey Hassinger, 18, charged with second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon and attempting a first-degree aggravated robbery.
  • Justin Tyler Mead, 18, of Cottage Grove, charged with first-degree burglary and fleeing a peace officer by a motor vehicle.
  • Christine Celeste Burtman, 46, of Woodbury, charged with attempting first-degree burglary and attempting second-degree burglary.
  • Blake Andrew Tomasko, 20, of Woodbury, charged with fifth-degree drug sale and fifth-degree drug possession.
  • Christine Celeste Burtman, 46, of Woodbury, charged with first-degree burglary.
  • Harley Davidson Sullivan, 18, of Hastings, charged with first-degree burglary and theft.
  • Jered Michael Sternaman, 20, of White Bear Lake, charged with first-degree burglary and theft.
  • Emily Rose Harper-hellie, 19, charged with check forgery.
  • John Ryan Kislenger, 28, of St. Paul, charged with fifth-degree drug possession.
  • Reginald Martin, Jr., 23, of Hibbing, charged with check forgery.
  • Phang Nhia Yang Xiong, 31, of Mounds View, charged with check forgery.
  • Michael Tramier Willis, 29, of St. Paul, charged with theft.
  • Douglas Theodore Meyer, 52, of St. Paul, charged with theft.
  • Lyon Thomas Hegland, Sr., 37, of Inver Grove Heights, charged with criminal vehicular homicide.
  • Nicholas Alan Taylor, 20, of Mahtomedi, charged with harassment.
  • Ernesto Martin Sanchez, 23, of Stillwater, charged with crime committed for the benefit of a gang and second-degree assault with a weapon.
  • Eric Patrick Logan, 32, of White Bear Lake, charged with aiding and abetting financial transaction card fraud.
  • Charles Donald Jungwirth, 30, of White Bear Lake, charged with aiding and abetting financial transaction card fraud.
  • Sean Michael Conley, 33, of Forest Lake, charged with financial transaction card fraud.
  • James Darnell Posey, 37, of St. Paul, charged with violating a no contact order.
  • Brett Mitchell Wilhelmy, 18, of Cottage Grove, charged with third-degree drug possession and solicit juveniles to commit a felony.
  • Keri-Anne Ruzin, 33, of St. Paul, charged with financial transaction card fraud.
  • Fleetwood Cadillac Smith, 50, of Oakdale, arrested on violating a no contact order.
  • Terrance John Nelson, 45, of New Richmond, Wis., charged with DWI.

  • Jason Mark Resemius, 27, of Maplewood, charged with third-degree drug possession.
