Convicted Killer of Oakdale Boy Won't Get New Trial
3rd District Court of Appeals in Wisconsin denied Jeffrey Burr's appeal in the killing of Oakdale teenager Ronald Ross in 2001, the AP reported.
New evidence in the 2001 death of 15-year-old Ronald Ross of Oakdale wouldn't produce a different verdict for Jeffrey Burr, who is serving a life sentence for his first-degree murder conviction.
That's the decision of a Wisconsin appeals court, according to the Associated Press.
