The following people were arrested according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office:

Sept. 24

  • Brandon D. Smith, 29, arrested at Demori's on disturbing the peace and DWI charges. 

Sept. 25

  • Jason S. Youngstrand, 27, of Oakdale, arrested at the 6200 block of 40th Street on traffic charges.

  • Jimmy Garay, 38, of Oakdale, arrested on disturbing the peace, domestic assault and traffic charges. 

Sept. 27

  • Mark D. Tkachuck, 53, of Oakdale, arrested for criminal sexual conduct involving a victim 13 years old or younger. 

Sept. 28

  • Dustin C. Woodbeck, 21, of Oakdale, arrested on DWI and traffic accident charges.

Sept. 29

  • Devin La Donn Hester, 20, of Oakdale, arrested on theft charges. 
  • Brian L. Taylor, 22, of Oakdale, arrested on DWI charges. 

Sept. 30

  • Gary R. Bailey,67, of Woodbury, arrested at 10th Street and I-694 on traffic and DWI charges.
  • Xou Vue, 33, arrested at the 1200 block of Geneva Avenue on traffic charges. 

 

Charges listed should be considered pending, and will not necessarily match official charges from the courts. It is possible those listed will not be officially charged. Listed are residents of Oakdale who were arrested in Washington County, and anyone who  was arrested in Oakdale regardless of city of residence. Those listed are considered innocent until proven guilty.
