- Angel Edward Garcia, 19, of St. Paul, arrested at Rainbow Foods on fleeing an officer, drug paraphernalia possession, theft and trespassing charges.
Oct. 24
- Nicholaus Jay Dirks-Dawald, 27, of Lakeville, arrested at the 6000 block of 10th Street on DWI charges.
- Dimitrius Allen Roberson, 24, of St. Paul, arrested at Highway 120 and 43rd Street on DWI and drug paraphernalia possession charges.

- Brianna Mariae Braun, 29, of St. Paul, arrested at Bergen Plaza on DWI charges.
