July 31
- Linda Lor, 29, of Oakdale, arrested on DWI charges.

- Ethan J. Hemann, 20, of Oakdale, arrested at the intersection of Century Avenue and Highway 36 on traffic, drugs possession and third-degree burglary charges.
Aug. 4
- Emily Katherine Jean Frye, 21, of Oakdale, arrested at Ideal Avenue and 32nd Street on fifth-degree drug possession charges.
- Eric M. Holliday, 26, of St. Paul, arrested at the 6100 block of 40th Street in Oakdale on domestic assault by strangulation charges.
- Gideon A. Secord, 20, of Oakdale, arrested on second-degree burglary charges.

- Patino Salatiel Hernandez, 21, of Oakdale, arrested at Fleet Farm on traffic charges.
