Investigators Call Dive Teams to Search Lake for Missing Oakdale Woman

Danielle Jelinek has been missing since Dec. 9. Multiple search teams have sought clues to her disappearance. The latest search involved dive teams at Bone Lake.

Investigators have taken their search to the water for a missing Oakdale woman who was last seen on Dec. 8, according to recent news reports.

CBS Minnesota is reporting that on Sunday a Washington County dive team searched for Danielle Jelinek in Bone Lake, which is near where she was last seen. Bone Lake is located south of Chisago and between Forest Lake and Scandia.

Authorities told CBS Minnesota on Monday that they found no trace of Jelinek during their search. Investigators will continue to pursue other possible leads.

Jelinek, 27 was reported missing on Dec. 9. She was reportedly with her on-again, off-again boyfriend, Aaron Schnagl, on Dec. 8.

During investigator's initial search for Jelinek at Schnagl's house in Chisago Lake Township, Schnagl was arrested on suspicion of drug possession. He has also been named a person of interest in her investigation.

Last week friends and family sought help from volunteers to post flyers of Jelinek in the Chisago City area.
