The complaint states that Goldetsky "panicked" because she had more children at the day car than she was licensed for.

Goldetsky appeared for a hearing on Thursday. The pre-trial hearing has been continued to Oct. 3. Her jury trial is set for Oct. 15.

If found guilty Goldetsky could face one year in prison and pay $3,000 in fines.
