Oakdale Jail Bookings, Sept. 19-20: Georgia Man Charged With Felony Harassment

From theft and meth to DWIs and disturbing the peace. Information is provided by the Washington County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested between 7 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 18 and 7 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office:

  • Theodore John Beecroft, 44, of Saint Simons Island, Ga., was arrested by Oakdale police on charges of felony harassment and disturbing the peace.
  • Donald Allen Ellis, 55, of Maplewood, Minn., was arrested on misdemeanor charges of theft and damage to private property.
  • Katie Marie Kaelble, 29, of West St. Paul, Minn., was arrested by Oakdale police for possession of methamphetamine.
  • Joseph Leonardo Noyola, 21, of St. Paul, Minn., was arrested by Oakdale police for fourth degree DWI.
  • Mark Dontrell Phillips, 24, of Woodbury, Minn., was arrested by Oakdale police and the Ramsey County Sheriff's Office for possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct.
  • Isaac Hamilton Thomas, 32, of Burnsville, Minn., was arrested by Oakdale police on a charge of crimes against the public order.
  • Cynthia Burrows Wiger, 20, of South St. Paul, Minn., was arrested by Oakdale police for fourth degree DWI.
  • James Phillip Hendricks, 50, of St. Paul, Minn., was arrested by Oakdale police for third degree DWI.

Charges listed should be considered pending, and will not necessarily match official charges from the courts. It is possible those listed will not be officially charged.

Those listed are Oakdale residents arrested in Washington County; anyone arrested in Oakdale regardless of city of residence; and anyone arrested by the Oakdale Police Department.
