Two Stillwater residents were arrested Tuesday on suspicion of felony assault of an 8-month old baby. The case remains under investigation.

UPDATE: Washington County Commander in 'Good Condition' after being Shot by Hunter

Jerry Cusick, 53, of Stillwater, was shot by a turkey hunter while he was scouting a hunting area in the Town of Somerset early Tuesday morning. The St. Croix County Sheriff's Office continues to investigate the incident.

Prosecutors Dismiss Murder Charges Stemming from Bar Fight in Downtown Stillwater

A Texas man, who has three previous DWI convictions on his record, faces two felony charges in connection with an April 20 incident in Woodbury.

Woodbury Man Accused of Burglary in the Buff

He also answered the door naked when officers arrived and said, "I've been waiting for you," according to the criminal complaint.

Two Grass Fires Break Out on I-94

The Woodbury Fire Department was able to quickly extinguish both.

Mauer, one of 19 men arrested in a February police operation in Fridley, accepted a continuance for dismissal, according to a FOX9 report.

  • Nicole Jean Berry, 34, Aiding and Abetting Drugs
  • David Lee Peltier, 54, Aiding an Offender to Avoid Arrest
  • Justin David Sellner, 29, Aiding and Abetting Crime Committed for Benefit of a Gang; Aiding and Abetting Assault
  • Ryan James Reeves, 28, Aiding and Abetting Aggravated Robbery
  • Anthony Lawrence Haubrich, 44, DWI; Refuse to Submit to Chemical Test
  • Brock Warren Cadwallader, 23, Drugs
  • Matthew Mark Erdman, 25, Theft
