$1,200 Worth of Items Stolen in Oakdale Home Burglary

The Oakdale Police Department is investigating a home burglary that occurred earlier this month. More than $1,200 worth of private property was stolen from the house.

More than $1,200 worth of personal items were stolen from a home on the 900 block of Hadley Avenue earlier this month.

On July 12 an unknown person cut through a screened porch and pried open the back door. The suspect took several items from the home, including a jar filled with $80 worth of change, a diamond ring valued at $550, a peridot ring valued at $100, a silver wallet valued at $15 and a Sony digital camera valued at $499, according to the initial complaint.

The Oakdale Police Department is investigating the case. There are no suspects at this time.
