Oakdale Jail Bookings, April 2: Four Arrested on DWI Charges
Information is provided by the Washington County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested between 7 a.m. Friday, March 30, and 7 a.m. Monday, April 2, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office:
- Ethan J. Hemann, 20, of Oakdale, transported from the Ramsey County Sheriff's Office on traffic charges.
- Charles A. Rogers, 39, of St. Paul, arrested at Century Avenue and Upper Afton Road on second-degree DWI and traffic charges.
- John L. Newton, 41, of Oakdale, arrested at the SuperAmerica at Helmo Avenue and 10th Street on fourth-degree DWI and traffic charges.
- Phillip A. Stien, 34, of Vadnais Heights, arrested in the 4200 block of Interstate 694 on fourth-degree DWI and traffic charges.
- Timothy S. Bacon, 29, of Oakdale, arrested in Mahtomedi on traffic charges.
- Nicholas A. Barbour, 26, of Oakdale, arrested in Mahtomedi on traffic and possession of drug paraphernalia charges.
- Nicholas C. Demike, 60, of Oakdale, arrested in the 2100 block of Granada Avenue on fourth-degree DWI and traffic charges.
- Kimberly A. Miller, 35, of Cologne, MN, arrested in the 1000 block of Geneva Avenue on traffic charges.
Charges listed should be considered pending, and will not necessarily match official charges from the courts. It is possible those listed will not be officially charged. Listed are residents of Oakdale who were arrested in Washington County, and anyone who was arrested in Oakdale regardless of city of residence. Those listed are considered innocent until proven guilty.
