Oakdale Jail Bookings, April 23: Two Arrested on DWI Charges

The following people were arrested between 7 a.m. Friday, April 20, and 7 a.m. Monday, April 23, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office:

• Jerry L. Thomas, 30, of Maplewood, arrested in the 1100 block of Helmo Avenue on fourth-degree DWI and traffic charges.
• Zachary D. Henderson, 22, of Oakdale, arrested at 11th Street and 11th Street Court on traffic charges.
• John S. Rolfer, 47, of Oakdale, transported from the Dakota County Sheriff's Office on controlled substance and theft charges.
• Vladislav Y. Trofymovych, 22, of Woodbury, arrested at Highway 36 and Interstate 694 on a fourth-degree DWI charge.
• Angeline M. Mayer, 69, of Oakdale, arrested at 10th Street and Hadley Avenue on a theft charge.
• Marlon V. Walker, 20, of Minneapolis, arrested in North St. Paul on a disorderly conduct charge out of Oakdale.

Charges listed should be considered pending, and will not necessarily match official charges from the courts. It is possible those listed will not be officially charged. Listed are residents of Oakdale who were arrested in Washington County, and anyone who was arrested in Oakdale regardless of city of residence. Those listed are considered innocent until proven guilty.
