Oakdale Jail Bookings, Feb. 22: Man Arrested on Domestic Assault Charges

The following people were arrested between 7 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21, and 7 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 22, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office:

• Cesar N. Aguirre-Bravo, 20, of Brooklyn Park, arrested at Mills Fleet Farm on a theft charge.
• Kelly Anne-Stepan Johnson, 32, of Hugo, arrested in Hugo on a traffic charge out of Oakdale.
• Gary W. Kostohryz, 25, transported from the Minnesota Correctional Facility in Oak Park Heights on a violation of order for protection charge out of Oakdale.
• Fanniece E. Lucas, 23, of St. Paul, arrested at Highway 5 and Hadley Avenue on traffic charges.
• Joshua J. Thomson, 22, of Princeton, turned in on a warrant for a theft charge out of Oakdale.
• Bruce R. Walker, 51, of Oakdale, arrested in Grant on a traffic charge.
• Andre D. Wilford, 32, of Oakdale, arrested in the 1200 block of Glenbrook Avenue on domestic assault and violation of a no-contact order charges.

Charges listed should be considered pending, and will not necessarily match official charges from the courts. It is possible those listed will not be officially charged. Listed are residents of Oakdale who were arrested in Washington County, and anyone who was arrested in Oakdale regardless of city of residence. Those listed are considered innocent until proven guilty.
