Oakdale Jail Bookings, Jan. 30: Three Arrested on DWI Charges

Information is provided by the Washington County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested between 7 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 28, and 7 a.m. Monday, Jan. 30, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office:

  • Anthony D. Howze, 37, of Woodbury, arrested in Woodbury on a traffic charge out of Oakdale.
  • Cortez D. Woods, 31, of Stillwater, arrested on westbound Interstate 694 at Highway 5 on second-degree DWI charges.
  • Tou Xiong, 28, of Oakdale, arrested at Ideal Avenue and Stillwater Boulevard on a third-degree DWI charge.
  • John T. Leonard, 32, of Burnsville, arrested in the 6300 block of Stillwater Boulevard on fourth-degree DWI and traffic charges.

Charges listed should be considered pending, and will not necessarily match official charges from the courts. It is possible those listed will not be officially charged. Listed are residents of Oakdale who were arrested in Washington County, and anyone who was arrested in Oakdale regardless of city of residence. Those listed are considered innocent until proven guilty.
