Oakdale Jail Bookings, March 5: Four Arrested on DWI Charges

Information is provided by the Washington County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested between 7 a.m. Friday, March 2, and 7 a.m. Monday, March 5, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office:

  • Jeffrey T. Emerson, 56, of Woodbury, arrested on northbound Interstate 694 at Highway 5 on a third-degree DWI charge.
  • Arthur M. Miller III, 39, of St. Paul, arrested in Lake Elmo on traffic charges out of Oakdale. 
  • Trevor W. Olson, 33, of Osceola, WI, transported from Wisconsin on theft, controlled substance and giving false name charges out of Oakdale.
  • Timothy J. Rothwell, 49, of Cloquet, WI, arrested at Mills Fleet Farm on third-degree DWI and weapons charges.
  • Por Xiong, 25, of Oakdale, arrested in the 6400 block of 11th Street on terroristic threats, domestic assault and second-degree assault charges.
  • Matthew D. Conner, 21, of Oakdale, arrested in the 6800 block of 14th Street on a domestic assault charge.
  • Dustin M. McLeod, 19, of West St. Paul, arrested at Kmart on theft and giving false name charges.
  • Aaron D. Taylor, 19, of Oakdale, arrested in the 1300 block of Gentry Avenue on a robbery charge.
  • William E. Buttz, 40, of Oakdale, arrested in Woodbury on a fourth-degree DWI charge.
  • Shawn M. Ruby, 36, of Woodbury, arrested in Maplewood on fourth-degree DWI and traffic charges out of Oakdale.

Charges listed should be considered pending, and will not necessarily match official charges from the courts. It is possible those listed will not be officially charged. Listed are residents of Oakdale who were arrested in Washington County, and anyone who was arrested in Oakdale regardless of city of residence. Those listed are considered innocent until proven guilty.
