Oakdale Jail Bookings, Nov. 14: Man Arrested on Drug and Property Damage Charges

Information is provided by the Washington County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested between 7 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 12, and 7 a.m. Monday, Nov. 14, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office:

  • Carlos J.B. Ramirez, 29, of Oakdale, arrested in the 7100 block of 10th Street on second-degree DWI and traffic charges.
  • Kevin J. Smetana, 39, of Coon Rapids, arrested at 48th Street and Gershwin Avenue on fifth-degree possession of methamphetamine charges.
  • Jason E. Thuringer, 36, of St. Paul, arrested at 48th Street and Gershwin Avenue on a traffic charge.
  • Richard H. Pechuman, 34, of Arden Hills, sentenced on a traffic charge out of Oakdale.
  • Jack E. Waggener, 19, of Oakdale, arrested in the 7900 block of Stillwater Boulevard on drug and property damage charges.

Charges listed should be considered pending, and will not necessarily match official charges from the courts. It is possible those listed will not be officially charged.

Those listed are Oakdale residents arrested in Washington County; anyone arrested in Oakdale regardless of city of residence; anyone arrested by the Oakdale Police Department; and anyone arrested on charges for crimes that occurred in Oakdale.
