Oakdale Jail Bookings, Nov. 28: Man Arrested on Fraud, Counterfeiting Charges
Information is provided by the Washington County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested between 7 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 23, and 7 a.m. Monday, Nov. 28, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office:
- Melissa A. Schinzing, 25, of Oakdale, sentenced on a traffic charge.
- Matthew S. French, 30, of Maplewood, arrested on a controlled substance charge out of Oakdale.
- Joseph T. Beran, 28, of Oakdale, transported from the Ramsey County Sheriff's Office on charges of financial transaction card fraud and using counterfeit currency.
- Benjamin L. Reno, 32, of South St. Paul, arrested in South St. Paul on a malicious punishment of a child charge out of Oakdale.
- Brandon S. Larsen, 24, of Oakdale, arrested at 15th Street and Grospoint Avenue on traffic, fleeing an officer and second- and third-degree DWI charges.
- Ray Roger, 27, of Minneapolis, arrested in the 6200 block of 10th Street on fourth-degree DWI and traffic charges.
Charges listed should be considered pending, and will not necessarily match official charges from the courts. It is possible those listed will not be officially charged.
Those listed are Oakdale residents arrested in Washington County; anyone arrested in Oakdale regardless of city of residence; anyone arrested by the Oakdale Police Department; and anyone arrested on charges for crimes that occurred in Oakdale.
