Oakdale Man Charged with Selling Marijuana

Police arrested the man after a controlled buy, and a search of his home, according to a criminal complaint.

An Oakdale man faces a fifth-degree drug charge for allegedly selling marijuana to a police informant.

Chad M. Blair, 21, allegedly sold 32 grams of marijuana to an informant on March 13, at Blair’s home in the 6200 block of 11th Street, according to a Washington County District Court Complaint.

The informant told police in February that Blair had been selling marijuana, according to the complaint. He then arranged the controlled buy, which took place under police surveillance, the complaint says.

They arrested Blair, and he admitted to selling marijuana to between 10 and 20 people in $20 quantities, the complaint says. He said some of the money that was found in his home came from selling marijuana, according to the complaint.
