Complaint: Police Find Marijuana on Man Who Allegedly Threatened to 'Snap' Ex's Neck

Police were dispatched to 12th Street on Oct. 28.

An Oakdale man was arrested on Oct. 28 after threatening his ex-girlfriend.

According to the initial complaint, Oakdale police were dispatched to the 6200 block of 12th Street on a domestic assault report. A woman at the scene told officers that her ex-boyfriend threatened to "snap her neck" during an argument.

The man and woman's child was present during the argument.

During the man's arrest, officers found one gram of marijuana on the man. He was cited for domestic assault and possession of marijuana. The man was booked in Washington County Jail.
