Oakdale Man Waives Jury Trial, Pleads Guilty to Sexual Assault of 13-Year-Old Boy

Anthony Lee Larson, 35, is scheduled to be sentenced on April 11 for second-degree criminal sexual conduct.

A 35-year-old Oakdale man waived his jury trial and pleaded guilty Monday to second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a 13-year-old boy. 

Anthony Lee Larson originally but did an about-face with Monday's guilty plea.

Washington County District Court Judge Richard C. Ilkka ordered a pre-sentence investigation before scheduling Larson's sentencing for Apr. 11.

According to a Washington County Criminal Complaint, the boy told Oakdale police Larson also molested him in his home on two or three occasions as far back as 2009. 

Larson was released on $200,000 bail on Dec. 21 under the condition that he not contact the alleged victim in the case or have any contact with persons under 18 years old.

Second-degree criminal sexual conduct carries with it a maximum penalty of 25 years in prison and a $35,000 fine.
